Right Way To Start 2021

The first thing you need to do is write down, like really simply take out a pen and paper and write down the behaviors that you have just now that you want, that the pandemic has provided you, that you want to preserve because you're going to forget them otherwise. Like once life begins again you're going to forget about it.
So write down what habits you want to maintain and write down what's the cue and reward that I'm making right now from having a meal with my kids, having more fun with my kids, getting some exercise every single morning... because once life begins it seems you're gon na forget what it feels like. You're going to forget what the benefits are. The second thing you're going to do is try to work out how my principles fit? Since one of the things we know is that behaviors that are the best way for us to affirm our behaviors that we see as the center of our identity, which generally means that they provide something that correlates to our beliefs.
